Here at Makaevo we own and love the noble breed of the Neapolitan Mastiff, known all over the world as Mastino Napolitano. We have been seriously smitten with this unique breed and have become keen exhibitors and breeders.
We are proud of each of our dogs, regardless of how they do in the show ring. They are loving and loyal pets and for us we always take the best dog home.
Our clear aim is to help improve the standard and quality of the breed in the UK. We believe that in order to do this we must work towards the 'true to type' standard of the country of origin in Italy, whilst also adhering to the UK standard which has recently been amended and aim to produce healthy, happy dogs of true type.
We are almost settled in our new home in Lincolnshire and welcome visitors to our kennels. Please ring first to arrange a day.
